WHAT WE COLLECT AND WHY

The primary goals of TIEL VIRTUAL SOLUTIONS in collecting information are to provide and improve our service, to administer your orders, to communicate with you, and to enable users of our service to enjoy and easily navigate it. When you wish to contact us, purchase products or services, or when you join our mailing lists, we will ask you for personally identifiable information. This refers to information about you that can be used to contact or identify you. Personal Information includes, but is not limited to, your name, e-mail address, shipping address, billing address, credit card account number, and telephone number.

1. SITE VISITS
We track visits to our website using Google Analytics (GA) so that we can identify the interaction of content on our website. We use this data to determine how many people visit our site, how the find it, and what they find useful on it. Although GA tracks your geographical location, device, internet browser and operating system, none of this information personally identifies you to us. GA also records your computer's IP address which could be used to personally identify you but we do not have access to this information. Google is one of our third party data processors as indicated below. GA also uses cookies, details of which can be found on Google's developer guides. Disabling cookies on your internet browser will stop GA from tracking any part of your visit to pages within this website.

2. WEBSITE AND BLOG COMMENTS
If you choose to add a comment to any posts we have published on our blog, the name and email address you enter with your comment will be saved to our website's database, along with your computer's IP address, the time and date that you submitted the comment. This information is only used to identify you as a contributor to the comment section of the respective blog post and is not passed on to any of the third party data processors detailed below. Only your name will be shown on the post seen by the public, although if the supplied email address is linked to a Gravatar account, your Gravatar photo will also be displayed.

Your comment and its associated personal data will remain on this site until the comment or post is removed from our site. You are able at any time to request that we remove it by contacting us by email. You are further advised to avoid posting any personally identifiable information in the comment itself. We do not allow children under the age of 16 on our site, nor do we knowingly collect any personally identifiable information from any person under the age of 16. If we are informed that personally identifiable information has been collected from a person under the age of 16, we will remove their data from our records.

3. CONTACT FORMS, WEB FORMS, AND EMAIL LINKS
Should you choose to contact us using a contact form, a web form, or an order form on our website,  or through a posted email link the data will be passed to us via email. Our email servers are protected by SMTP encryption, however not all mail servers are secure. We would suggest that you always consider email as an insecure medium and not include personal, confidential or sensitive information within an email.

4. PAYMENT PROCESSING
We use Paypal, Stripe, and Kajabi Payments, third party payment processors, to process payments made to us. In connection with the processing of such payments, we do not retain any personally identifiable information or any financial information such as credit card numbers. All such information is provided directly to our third party processors, whose use of your personal information is governed by their privacy policies. 5. EMAIL LIST
If you choose to sign up for our email list, the name and email address you submit to us will be forwarded to Convertkit, who we use for our email marketing services. We consider Convertkit to be a third party data processor as described below. Your information will remain within Convertkit's database for as long as we continue to use that service for email marketing, or until you specifically request removal from the list. You can do this by unsubscribing using the unsubscribe links contained in any email newsletters that we send you or by requesting removal via email. Minors under 13 years of age must obtain parental consent before joining our email newsletter. While your email address remains within the Convertkit database, you will receive regular emails from us about our products and services.

Tiel Virtual Solutions is opposed to SPAM in all of its forms. We will never sell, lease, rent, or otherwise share your information with anyone. You may choose to restrict the collection or use of your personal information. If you have previously agreed to us using your personal information for direct marketing purposes, you may change your mind at any time by clicking on the "unsubscribe" link at the bottom of any broadcast-based e-mail we send, or by emailing us.

If you believe that any information we are holding on you is incorrect or incomplete, please write to or email us as soon as possible, at the above address. We will promptly correct any information found to be incorrect.

6. SOCIAL NETWORKING SITES
Our service may include interfaces that allow you to connect with social networking sites. If you connect to a social networking site through our service, your data may be accessed, used and stored based on your settings on that social networking site. We may access, use and store that information in accordance with this policy. You can revoke our access to the information you provide in this way at any time by amending the appropriate settings from within your account settings on the applicable social networking site.
